The best things about this property are the onsen bath and the food. The bath is big with a sauna and steam room. Complimentary fresh pajamas every day. The breakfast is amazing (add it to your room when you make a reservation) (includes lots of organic vegetables and brown rice, etc.). The food at the cafe in the lobby also wonderful. Nice essential oil diffusers going throughout the property. Staff are very nice. Free, shared laundry but you have to go to a separate room for it.

This place is truly amazing. I loved the staff, the breakfast? The rooms and the bathhouse. . From thr moment you arrive the staff greet you with a smile. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has several options. The public bath house which is included is just what one needs are a long day.also the views from the hotel are stunning. You get a great view of the city and ocean.

The SPA was fabulous! We had an excellent massage on the first day. The view from our room was beautiful. And the room was spacious enough. I feel refreshed, relaxed and full of energy thanks to our stay there! I recommend it.

Due to the typhoon damage at the hotel , the internet system was not available for use.Therefore the hotel agreed and helped us canceled the booking without any charges. Good services

The breakfast is wonderful, but this time i had to wait about 25 minutes because the hotel was booked with students and the breakfast was served in a small room.

I enjoyed pretty much all of them. The view from the hotel, food and the Spa. The hotel was so peaceful. I was happy for other visitors, too.
